without proving it with science because its going to take a while, let me ask you this, do you believe that God puts those emotions there?

and i dont believe that we evolved from monkeys, at all. i do beleive that the human race was at one time more primative and simple minded but apes are a completely different species. the reason i dont believe we evolved from apes is simple....why would we have evolved and others not...i mean the whole perpose an belief of evolution is that speciece adapt to survive. so if monkeys are surviving today there would be no reason for adaptation...(yeah that has nothing to do with religion i just wanted to make my beliefs a little clearer)

What do you mean by "there"? You were on the subject of the brain, and that is not where God "puts" the emotions. He sets it into the soul. God made Adam's body from the earth, (not dirt, but pure earth) then gave him a soul in God's own pure image. Then God took the rib of Adam and used it to do the same to bring Eve.

......from my point of view, it's the GOD.

So that's my opinion and i would not like to elaborate it because if i do, things just get weirder for you guys and i might loose my words.

God created the emotions, but man has free will to do what they want with the emotions.

mm, this debate expanded at an amazing rate >.>, and it's all been good... with the exception being that riachi_egg guy >.> further comments will be withheld about him, but im sure most of us (especially dstates) are thinking the same thing...

anywho, thank you all for coming out, this is truely a good debate

i believe my views have been stated in the beginning, andd i suppose i should participate in this discussion as well...

Raven: the thing about the electrical impulses, if they do nothing in the brain, why have them there?

in light of the fact that i have an extrememly short attention span, and that it is currently 2 AM... im not going to continue it >.> ill try and come back tomorrow and chip in a bit more...

i hope this gains just as many, if not more posts by tomorrow
