Cheat Happens is happy to announce the compatibility of our FREE AURORA trainer software with Valve's STEAM DECK. While it's not a native app for SteamOS like our FREE CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool for STEAM DECK, it will run and allow you to cheat your favorite Steam Deck games as long as you follow the instructions and have a little patience. Some games only need to be cheated once and your cheats will then be saved into your game while others may require you to use them more often.
Watch and follow along with our video tutorial below (revision 2 - also available at Vimeo). Please also review our message board post which always has the latest information, questions, answers and more regarding the use of AURORA on the STEAM DECK console.
DOWNLOAD THE CHEAT HAPPENS MOBILE APP
Cheat Happens is proud to offer trainers with mobile app control. No more need for alt+tabbing or a second monitor, now you can see and enable all of your trainer and editor options right from your mobile device. Built-in support for AURORA and 100% FREE. Supports over 3,500 trainers right out of the gate.
Download the latest version of our AURORA PC software, login with your account and then click on the RED phone icon in bottom left. App will give you an ID and password. The mobile app will ask for this info and once connected it will then load the current trainer or your FAVORITES. Select a trainer to get started. From here it's basically like using the trainer on your PC.
CHEAT HAPPENS XBOX GAMEBAR
It's now possible to activate our cheats using the Windows XBOX GAMEBAR OVERLAY along with AURORA. Here's how it works:
1. Install it from the Microsoft Store.
2. Press WIN+G (you can do this right now, then you see the gamebar).
3. At the top bar click on "Widgets" then click on CH Overlay. That opens the overlay.
4. On the overlay it says "Open trainer, activate it and then press the connect button". So do this and then press the button.
It's as easy as that. Alternatively you can still use our built-in overlay which is mentioned further down the page.
CHEAT HAPPENS THEMED AIDA64 SENSORPANELS
While not related to trainers, we decided to have a little fun and give you modders a nice AIDA64 sensorpanel with a Cheat Happens theme. Just make sure you install the fonts in the /font folder. If any of the sensors are not working, just modify them and match them to your system. Multiple sizes available. Enjoy! Theme provided courtesy of AidaSkins.com where you can get HUNDREDS of super high quality and unique skins.
If you would like a sensor panel created especially for you, or if you are interested in an already finished panel, just contact the author to inquire about the price.

IN-GAME OVERLAY NOW AVAILABLE
Cheat Happens is proud to present trainers with an in-game overlay. No more need for an external device, alt+tabbing or a second monitor, now you can see and enable all of your trainer and editor options from inside the game. Just look for the IN-GAME OVERLAY tab of our latest trainers to get started.
HOW TO ENABLE IN-GAME OVERLAY ON SUPPORTED TRAINERS?
Simply activate the trainer and then press SHIFT+INSERT to bring up the in-game overlay and then press SHIFT+CTRL to switch your mouse cursor to the overlay and check the options you wish to activate or deactivate. Can also be used on our editor options. Hit the keyboard combos again to close.
RGB TRAINERS ARE HERE!
Cheat Happens is proud to present the world's first RGB-enabled trainers. Now, using your RGB-addressable keyboard, you will be able to see which trainer hotkeys are available in the game and which ones you have activated, all without the need to ALT+TAB out to your desktop. We've started with Corsair, Logitech and Razer but will soon be adding more manufacturers to our line-up so keep checking back to see if your device has been added to our growing list of supported devices.
HOW TO FIND RGB-SUPPORTED TRAINERS?
Simply look for the green RGB icon next to the trainer description on the game's trainer page:
HOW TO ENABLE RGB EFFECTS ON SUPPORTED TRAINERS?
Load the trainer and click on the SETTINGS tab. Then look for RGB. Choose your device manufacturer from the dropdown and then click the ENABLE checkbox. The default colors are RED for trainer hotkeys that are useable and GREEN for hotkeys which have been enabled. These colors are customizable to your liking.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO USE RGB-ENABLED TRAINERS?
This will depend on the keyboard manufacturer. Some will require that their RGB software also be running in the background, such as Corsair where iCue must be running at the same time as the trainers. Other manufacturers may not have any additional requirements aside from the DLL's built into the trainer.
CHEAT HAPPENS RGB PROFILES
Here you can download Cheat Happens custom RGB profiles for your gaming rig. They include CH colors and/or effects for your motherboard, fans, keyboard, mousepad, LED strips and more.
The Corsair Nexus device is an external touchscreen that can either mount to your Corsair keyboard or used stand-alone to display stats about your rig such as temperatures, CPU/GPU load, fan speeds, etc or it can also be used to assign hotkeys. We have created a custom Nexus profile for trainer activation and includes the most common trainer hotkeys across two screens that you can access with a quick swipe. You can import these screens to your existing screens and create multiple configurations.
While not RGB related, we also wanted to make you aware of the STREAM DECK by the folks at elgato. Originally designed to be a streamer's tool to easily and quickly activate all of the tools necessary to put together a successful stream, it has just transformed into a do almost anything box that can activate hotkeys, load apps, load websites, show CPU stats, weather and more. It just so happens that it's also very userful as a Cheat Happens Trainer Tool which can be used to activate the trainer and also turn on many of the standard cheats that use the numpad. We created a CH Stream Deck profile which can also get you to the CH homepage quickly, turn on light or dark mode for browsing the site and access support. You'll find the download link below.
