Question for the community! I have a few older games I'm playing on my Steam Deck, and the trainers are the type you have to download to use. They are working just fine when I open them on my desktop, but on the Steam Deck I just can't get it working, no matter what I try. The trainers that activate through Aurora all work just fine, and I'm not trying to operate offline - I'm fully connected to the internet, so I'm not sure why they aren't working. Is it just that the standalone trainers don't work at all on Steam Deck right now, or am I doing something wrong somewhere - which isn't out of the question. I know enough to be able to follow detailed instructions, but I have no idea what I'm actually doing. I do have the separate Steam Deck tool purchased/installed if that helps.
Standalones on the Steam deck are not supported. Very few games do work, like Shadow of Mordor, but you have to use steam tinker launch. I've tested several games and have a pretty low work rate. So if i game doesn't work for you then it just doesn't work.
How do you use the aurora launcher on the asus rog ally? I have a steam deck and just bought the rog ally. I cannot find the steamticker launcher on the properties like I could on the steam deck
The ROG Ally has windows installed on it
I know I am going to sound stupid but I am a noob and I don't know what that means exactly about windows. Please be patient with me in helping me understand what you meant and how to use it
unless you installed linux on the system then the video on the trainer page ( Link ) would be the instructions you want
