nope, the ROG Ally is a windows handheld device not a linux device

Can you tell me step by step how to use it with the rog ally? I appreciate your help and apologize for any inconvenience for this.

Baldurs Gate 3 used to run fine through Steam Tinker Launcher. Now it doesn't load up so I can't get to "main menu" of steam tinker to link Aurora. Any ideas? It used to work fine as I had used the trainer previously.

Are your compatibility tools set to STL? sometimes it defaults back to a proton version after an update.

Steam Deck is a computer, just like ROG Ally. For computers there are 3 major Operating systems that are used; Windows, MacOS and Linux. All 3 work completely different. Most computers use windows, so Aurora works on Windows natively and is fully supported.

Steam Deck uses Linux/SteamOS, because of this we have to jump through hoops to use Aurora. That is why we use Steam Tinker Launcher or the Aurora Steam Deck tool.

ROG Ally uses Windows. So there is no need to use Steam Tinker Launch or the Aurora Steam Deck Tool. You can just download normal Aurora from the website and it should work.

Yeah it's set to STL in compatibility. When I click "play" it starts the launch steam loading screen then just closes to the homescreen. BG3 launches without any compatibility selected or using experimental. Any other ideas that might help? It defo did work previously

Which steam OS are you using?
So when you launch the game it launches without the compatibility tool?

Yeah just the standard steamdeck os I'm using. The game starts and plays without any compatibility but it also plays on experimental and other protons. The second I try to launch with STL selected it just closes down, I can't select "main menu" of stl or anything. I've deleted it, and all files and reinstalled. Nothing works.
