oh, and i just checked serebii.net, and you can only do this on emerald version
oh, and before u argue, NEVER NOT TRUST SEREBII.NET!! IT IS THE BEST SIGHT IF YOU ARE STUCK ON POKEMON. OH, BUT DON'T STOP ASKING ME, SEREBII ISN'T THAT GREAT

no. what i meant is that you must have 202 pokemon and you MUST BE PLAYING EMERALD TO DO THIS. IT DOESN'T WORK ON ANY OTHER GAME!!!!

you must breed two pikachu's, and the female must be holding a light ball. also this works in Emerald, and not Ruby/Sapphire

hmm usas gots to giva a pikachu a light ball and another with an cheri berry (i think) and the will have an egg in the day care then the pichu will have volt tackle and it slightly hurts the user type elek.

i am pokegod!

i meant firered and leafgreen, but yes you are right, venusaur, but i don't know if the female pikachu needs to hold a lightball, and you might be able to use a ditto instead of another pikachu
