    no it isn't. it is at least 60 pokemon and you have to beat the elite four one time.

    i have 200 pokemon and deafeat the alite four about 35 times
    and complete my pokedex(hoen dex) and i have won the master beuity and cool contect and nothing happen i just have 2 stars on my trainer card
