ya if U explore enough U can get some kinda rare pokemon and some cool item. I also think that's where U get a red gyrodose??? but don't count on it

you can catch rare pokemon in the safari zone. like kangaskan, ryhorn, chansey, pikachu, tangela, dodrio, umm some others but i cbf thinking. but no, no important events occur in the safari zone (its only important if you want to complete your pokedex)

u cant get into the safari zone in gold, silver, or crystal! only in the others! believe me! i have tried! & have not succeeded!

uhhh... u can get into the safari zone but its closed... at least i think that what i went to.. im not sure...
