on Pichu_OT's complaints topic...is it allowed if someone try to atleast defend himself or or someone else ?

if no...so does it means all complaints are definitely dealth with without hearing the other side ???

is it also allowed to keep complaining on someone who haven't done anything wrong for a long time ?

Typically marking messages are supposed to be personal info between the marker and the moderator. Considering that this was removed a long time ago, we have to make use of a topic. If a user needs to defend himself, it's between the user being marked and the administrator. In essence, stay out of affairs that are administrative.
