I have noticed High CPU Usage when its running and the app is constantly doing not responding...
it also effects games and other programs when it just running idle in the background and not being used...
I did a complete clean install this morning even deleting
%appdata%\Cheat Happens folder
and made sure that i deleted the folder of the original install as well as installed it on another SSD drive....
I even deleted all the stand alone trainers to start with a clean slate
I temp Deleted the antivirus program and disabled windows defender and the firewall to make sure thing is messing with Auroa and still getting issue with it locking up and causing other apps to lockup and not respond...
which all the issue with any game and app is having goes away the second i close the trainer manager either with task manager or by right clicking and exit in task bar
Actually the Aurora master settings file is in c:\users\[username]\appdata\roaming\cheat happens\aurora
Delete THAT folder. Restart Aurora. Go into settings and disable hardware acceleration, savegame protection and any/all in-game overlays (might be on TRAINER SETTINGS MENU). Then see what happens.
Something on your system, likely something else that monitors your FPS, hardware, video settings, RTSS, etc is bumping heads with Aurora. You can try disabling certain settings in Aurora but the issue may be external to Aurora which you can try shutting down some of your running background apps and see if you can identify the culprit.

the cheats below i tried but it also effects other apps as well like chrome and notepad++ and even games i am not even using cheats for and games that do not even have cheats are also effected
