Well, I give up. Sorry.
well you tried that's what count and thanks for trying. I don't have any monitoring app running other then task manager when i was trying to fix the issue on my own the only thing i did not try was run windows in safe mode
If you minimize the Aurora window the CPU usage should decrease, can you confirm this?
drops to 0 when i minimize but then i cant get it to open back up unless i use task manager to bring it to the front then it goes back to using 5-15% since i keep it open in my second monitor when i am using cheats so i can monitor which cheats are enabled and disabled or need to edit something in the editor...
but it seems when minimized all resource usage be it CPU or Memory(Ram) goes to 0 which also for some reason makes it unusable (not responding) when i try to open it from the taskbar

Can you do a quick experiment? Again make sure hardware accel and in-game overlays are disabled in Aurora. Put both the game and Aurora on your PRIMARY monitor. Turn off the second monitor if you can without disrupting something and see if you get the EXACT same results. Just curious.
Also, if you can maybe get a screenshot of EVERYTHING running in your system tray (make sure it is maximized) and taskbar so we can see what else is actually running in the background. Attach screenshot to your post (we can see it but not other users).
