Steam deck.....until everyone who wants one has one 😛
Joking aside, I suspect the continued "popularity" of the deck is due to the lack of availability in many countries unless one is willing to buy from a scalper.

Definitely the video card. The rest are more easily obtained these days. Video cards are not. But who knows, maybe the Steam Deck will win.
