Thank you for providing us with such an appealing choice of prizes. That being said, my vote goes to:
RTX 4070 Ti Video card please.

You could always consider an HTC VIVE XR Elite or similar VR headset.
I think a VR option might be a refreshing offering.

I vote for 4070Ti to upgrade my 3rd generation intel machine what a bummer.
Steam Deck is cheaper nowadays.
