I bought the ubisoft assassin's creed bundle that includes all the assassin's creed games. I tried with all the games with the same result. I looked on YouTube for some help but using steamtinker launcher to use aurora will not let me get past that error that comes up. I appreciate your help with this matter. I am a very big noob to the modding world.
Sorry bud, this is going to take me longer to figure out. My method is no longer working with ubisoft.

Have you tried extending the time before Aurora launches?
Try setting "Wait for Custom Command" to something long enough that the Ubisoft Launcher and game have fully launched.
I find that using that solves the majority of the issues I've had with launching Aurora alongside games.
I understand. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Hey Damian, so I have an update. My method still works with the couple games I've tested and can't recreate what you are experiencing. I unfortunately don't have any of the newer AC games that have an Aurora app trainer. So for my tests I ran Breakpoint again which worked with aurora. I also tested Black Flag but that was bought in steam not in ubisoft store, it worked great. Then I tested AC:Origins with the standalone trainer which I was able to get it to see my game, but I couldn't get any of the cheats to activate eventhough I could hear the trainer say "activated." Still I'm not getting the error you describe. I would suggest either explaining step by step your process of how you are using ubisoft with the steam deck and aurora and then I can see if I can recreate it.
Or using Moraroy's nonsteamlauncher Link and seeing if his version of ubisoft connect is better. I remember having issues with a ubisoft installation where the screen kept flickering and I think the game didn't run but I dont know if it gave the error you described. So then I gave his a try and it worked.
Edit: I'm assuming all these games were bought on the uplay/ubisoft store and not on steam. And that is how I've been trying to solve your issue. If these games were bought on steam then the solution could be easier.
Edit2: Ran some tests on different proton versions and got the error you described on 7-35 and 7-38, got blank screens on 7-58, 8-4, 8-6
Looking like your issue is proton related. Install the latest proton using Protonup-QT, should be 8-14, restart your steam deck or it could cause issues in STL or steam. On STL click on "Main menu" "game menu" then scroll down to where it says "Proton Options" change the version to 8-14, this would be defaulted to an older version.
Could have solved this sooner if I didn't misread your message. This whole time I thought you meant games on ubisoft store. Sorry for the long wait to a solution.

// EDIT 08.16.2023 -- Aurora v1.7.7 released to the main channel. Includes several Steam Deck improvements. Updated mobile apps also released which now allow mobile app control on the Steam Deck. Note that BOTH Aurora and the mobile apps must be updated to latest version for this to work.

Special thanks go to our awesome community for helping us in finding a way to finally get Aurora up and running on Valve's Steam Deck. Shout out to member bb1bsc for his extremely helpful videos and tutorial.
We have created a video on how to get Aurora up and running on your Steam Deck. VERSION 2.
Also available at Link
Enjoy!
Edit:
IMPORTANT:
As of Aurora v1.7.0, it is necessary to use the (currently experimental) Proton version 8 or higher (not shown in latest video).
Here is a quick guide:
Step 1: Update protonupqt
Step 2: launch it and remove steamtinker without removing the options you saved (it will prompt a message choose dont delete) and the proton version you have installed.
Step 3: install latest steamtinker and proton stable version
Step 4: in the steamtinker game menu under proton version choose: proton 8.0-1d
Repeat step 4 for all of the games.
All should be fine now.
