I had trouble at first too but keep in mind cents is part of the number 50000 is 500.00 I enable as the only option, kill a random ODriscoll, loot, get the 50000.00 trainer money, close the trainer, go sleep to save the game data, restart the game, money was still there and deducted normally when i went to town. I've bought every item available in every shop so far and with regular gameplay am only down to 45k so i don't think i'll have to use the money cheat again.

It seems that whatever you type into the trainer for cash takes into account the change as well. So typing in 50000 will give you $500.00 so in order to get $50,000.00 you need to type in 5000000. That’s what worked for me.
I couldn't find the previous posts about the money option you all mentioned, but is still working really bad for me, so if someone can please tell me the proper way of using it, i'll be really thankfull
If you couldn't find anything about it you either didn't look or you looked in the forums of another game cause this thread absolutely overflows with the exact same comments OVER and OVER and OVER again.

I have unlimited stamina and health enabled. Couple of things I noticed: 1) if I get into a fistfight, it never end unless I disable the cheats. 2) I can shoot enemy npcs endlessly and they dont die unless I get a killshot (i.e a shot to the head). Not sure which option (stamina or health) is causing these problems. Just wanted to report back.

The unlimited stamina does make fist fights a lot harder it seems, but they are still winnable. Just takes longer.

Just a question. The trainer loads properly and states that it's working etc...but the stamina and health decreases...is that normal?

obviously if you have the options ON and they decrease, this is not normal. With that said, are you talking about the health CORE or health BAR?
Also, you give no help at all. No save, no idea where you are in the game, the circumstances, etc.
I cannot reproduce your problem here, otherwise I would not have submitted the trainer for posting.

You don't need to be offline to use the trainer, only in Single Player. Not Online or you risk getting banned. Single Player and Online are separate game modes. If you really need to play the game offline, you will need to generate an offline key.
