I play all my games totally offline single player with internet disabled.
RDR2 PC is the first game I've bought that has no indication as to Single Player.
When I load the game all I get is 'Q Story/Online E ' at top right and at the bottom part of the screen there is also an option for 'Story ENTER '. Which one is Single Player ?

Story is single player. Online is not.
I couldn't find the previous posts about the money option you all mentioned, but is still working really bad for me, so if someone can please tell me the proper way of using it, i'll be really thankfull
You aren't looking hard enough. Go back through older pages. But to answer the question yet again you use the option, loot money, and it will set to the value in the editor. Turn the option off afterwards. Also, BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING, make sure "Use Item gives Max" is disabled or you'll lose all your money.
I have unlimited stamina and health enabled. Couple of things I noticed: 1) if I get into a fistfight, it never end unless I disable the cheats. 2) I can shoot enemy npcs endlessly and they dont die unless I get a killshot (i.e a shot to the head). Not sure which option (stamina or health) is causing these problems. Just wanted to report back.

This is a known issue and has been brought up many times. Yes, if using unlimited health you cannot kill an enemy unless you get a head shot. You'll have to turn it off when in an encounter. Unlimited Max Health Core works fine though and will allow you to kill normally.

At the top of this page is a bar called "Search This Thread." Type in the word "money" and it will spit back 6 pages of posts regarding this issue just from this thread. At least it did for me.
