Not using unlimited health but noticed stamina decreasing when activated.

I have unlimited stamina and health enabled. Couple of things I noticed: 1) if I get into a fistfight, it never end unless I disable the cheats. 2) I can shoot enemy npcs endlessly and they dont die unless I get a killshot (i.e a shot to the head). Not sure which option (stamina or health) is causing these problems. Just wanted to report back.

I couldn't find the previous posts about the money option you all mentioned, but is still working really bad for me, so if someone can please tell me the proper way of using it, i'll be really thankfull

This is a known issue and has been brought up many times. Yes, if using unlimited health you cannot kill an enemy unless you get a head shot. You'll have to turn it off when in an encounter. Unlimited Max Health Core works fine though and will allow you to kill normally.

I've done that, i set 50k on the trainer but when i loot money it gives me 500. The second time after turning it off and on, the money disappears or goes to 50
BTW, it's the only option i have on
