Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Message Board  

I've tried the suggestions of others with the same result. ( run as admin, turning off anti virus, directx11, etc) Game crashes after activation in game. If activated in game menu, crashes while loading game. activating while game is loaded. instant crash. Some times both trainer and game crash. It doesn't seem to produce any logs that I can see.

If it matters, 3800x cpu, gtx 1070, Win10 pro.

Run the trainer as admin, not the game.

The game and the trainer are running perfectly fine.

Whatever is causing those crashes has nothing to do with this trainer but more with how an OS and installed software is setup and maintained. It can be a faulty or corrupted Windows update, bad code updated somewhere in any software installed, the almighty AV or ...

Did anyone lookup the Windows Event Viewer? What does the log say?
Did anyone run SFC and/or DISM (Link)?
Did anyone tried running the game with the trainer on a different PC?

I'm experiencing the same crashing attempting to use the trainer as well. No issues without the trainer. I'm using the GoG version though so maybe that is what's causing the issue since anyone else using the steam version is not experiencing any issues.
Looks like a new release platform was fully funded already so I'm happy to wait for that.

I believe your right. I have a non steam version and I get the same thing. Without trainer it works fine, but crashes with trainer activation.

Hi. I recently bought this game from Steam. I am getting the message Trainer cannot find game. I have tried disabling antivirus and firewall. Ran both trainer and game executable with administrative rights. I tried 3 different trainers for steam. Still getting trainer cannot find game. Please help. This is the debug info from trainer...
