Have the Mesmetron, and its power cells, along with a slave collar. Walk up to an NPC, Mezz them, then interact with them. You can put the slave collar on them, and send them to Paradise Falls, assuming the slavers are not hostile to you.

OK so what about their little helicopter things why do they fly around everywhere and are they just to put more enclave signal around the D.C. area

The Vertibirds are only there to transport Enclave troops around the Capital Wasteland. A Tesla Cannon is a good way to deal with them before they drop off the troops.

Are you talking about the vertibirds or the eyebots?

If it's the Eyebots, they have a twofold purpose. The first is to spread the Enclave propaganda around the Wasteland. The second is to scan the Wastes. Let one spot you, then destroy it. A few seconds later, a Vertibird may land to check out the malfunction.

Think of them as Spy Cams for the wasteland. Destroy them if you can.

A vertibird has never landed after I destroyed one. Or maybe I didn't wait long enough.

It can take some time, and it only happens at higher levels. The chances of a Vertibird spawning in are very low so it only happens a small percentage of the time. I've blown up every one I've come across, and have only seen the birds 5 or 6 times.

One time i blew up a vtibird and two eyebots came to check and then another vertibird came. talk aabout a communal gathering!
