where do you get or find water, fire and electric stone

You can receive those stones from Bill's grandpapa (Kanto area/ route 25/ in an old house). He 'll ask to see some pokemon (Lickitung, Oddish, Staryu, Growlithe, Pichu). Find and show them to him.

Also, if you add certain peoples phone numbers, such as Lass Dana, they may give you one of the stones

The Lass Dana thing only works in Crystal, i think But in silver im confused....how do u get growlithe?
