you don't have to uninstall the game, just keep it on your computer, remove all physx drivers by uninstalling them ( go to either configuration-programs and software-remove physx or use the physx setup that came with the disk/download of the game, what works as both as install and uninstall) then go to regedit (your registry) remove the file posted above, then reinstal your latest physx drivers and then it should work. The problem is is that because with previous games it installed older physx drivers and registered it in your registry, when you then delete them (physx drivers) the registry could still remain what causes the problem, but if you remove these and then reinstall the latest physx drivers, it registers the new ones wich are required to play the game. (meaning all above, first remove the old physx registrys before installing the new one ontop of it, what causes the error) if you have done all of the above and it still doesn't work, just check the forum of legend: hand of god main site, maybe they will have a better solution for you and offcourse use the latest drivers, the physx driver that came with the game is not the latest. check NVidia site.
