The command lines which you have noted are the ones i was referring to, and still mute, then it is a conflict between the Ver. of your title and the Mod engine.
For your concern i have Vers. 2.201 and Mod is working properly.

I likely could, but keep in mind that it's only the unit's model, and it actually doesn't have the panzerfaust in its available weapons. Given that the unit is intended as a heavy anti-infantry unit, and there is already a heavy anti-tank unit, it's kind of redundant to make it that way too. If you need a unit to be a "Swiss army unit" that's what stormtroopers are for
I agree that relic slipped up by putting the panzerfaust on the model of an anti infantry unit, but it's as much about flavor as anything else, much of the game units aren't accurate to their role or real counterparts.
SKYLINE_PJ, sorry I was unavailable to help you, but from your last post I take it that the problem is now more or less corrected? I can tell you ahead of time that some unit voices either will not be correct or simply not work at all simply because they are being used on a faction other than the one they were originally intended for. That unfortunately is a hard-coded limitation.
If in doubt, always completely delete the mod folder and .module file, download a new and/or latest version, and unpack it. The passage you posted earlier should appear as:

It was just a suggestion and if you find it off then it's off, but i think the sandbag models as preset structure that exists in some map, are not a far from mind think !!! just like bunkers.
