Honestly, the reason I love Top Gear so much is that they don't take anything seriously. They take cars and do cool things with them. I just watch it for the laughs.

As far as actually caring about cars, I read Car and Driver which I subscribe to. Besides that I visit a couple websites every now and then to see some of the latest automotive news.

Well, the Guinness World Book of Records says it's the SSC (Shelby Supercars) Ultimate Aero TT (Twin Turbo) with a top speed of 256 MPH.

But they don't update their records fast enough to keep up with the automotive industry. But, Chingy sent me a link to a webpage showing the top speed of the Koenigsegg Edition as 259 MPH. I don't have the link to that site but here's a link to some hi-res wallpapers of it - Link

And yes, the Koenigsegg CCXR is the fastest, most expensive and the greenest supercar around.
