Oh, that sucks. Then it was probably a graphics glitch where a "ghost" of the arbiter appeared for a couple seconds. Could be a easter egg kind of thing left by Bungie but I highly doubt it.

There are now ghosts of Campaign. Not just Multiplayer.

It most likely wasn't a "do this and it happens" glitch. It's kinda like when the graphics don't completely load in Grand Theft Auto and everything looks fuzzy.

no i have a screen i no how to make two some times it works some times not but i found this ike last yr i found it first i think i also can get into phantoms on the covenant by using the hornet actshuly in the phantom not driving u can walk around found that november last yr its pretty easy to make 2 arbs i have a screen of 2 as well this is how ok so when your in the door were the flood be ure allies just before u enter the door if u kill the arb with grenades then if i goes to a cutscreen then afteru kill the arb again and not off the edge then he will get bk up and another will spawn
