i think its level 3 star cheif quest.

in the 3 star village chief quests complete the kut ku mission then the blue one will be available

oh stupid khezu is keeping me from it

try beating the khezu by lance, you charge with o+x and attack !
if he tried 2 shock you press R to guard

it is not that hard u shouldn't be stuck on it that long just use a weapon that is able to guard with fire artribute it won't be long until he goes to sleep plant around him 3 large berrel bombs and a small barrel bomd then just watch how the bombs will burn his and die it is really a nice scene

You don't need fire and block i did it with bone katana dragon and used that one until i beat the blangonga then i was able to get some decent armor and weapons

first time i killed it is by using a bowgun that can be used with fire bullets or what have you. get as many strong bullets as u can, stay as far as possible (but not too far) stay either behind him or on his side (from afar) then shoot the living daylight out of em! now at d beggining of the quest he usually goes to area 1 (if were talking about normal chief quest snowy mntains khezu) so be patient and wait for him there then go to the highest ledge kill the vespoid first so you will not be interrupted then again shoot his without worrying of getting hit!(do not be too close to the edge coz you can still get hit w/ his body lighting thingy. not a big deal killing em but takes time when using a bowgun so be patient.
