Many unexplainable things occur in Oblivion, as no 2 characters or storyline was the same in Morrowind. As far as getting kicked out of all Guilds at once, I think this has happened to everyone (for no good reason). The game simply insists you will do the quests. I think mine occurred after killing a Spriggan and her bear ( in the opposite order) right after killing a bandit by a bridge. Just enjoy the whimsy!

Yes well luckley i made a save before and i just loaded it up after, i just mereley avoided the scamp and the guard got him.
