One thing I'd like to point out, for your benefit and future raps you write, is line no. 2 in that rap.
It has no purpose
It doesn't fit into the rest of what you're saying, it just rhymes.
It's little things like this that make all the difference.

And besides, it was all about trying to get the message across. Wasn't meant to be moving, or extremely world-class standard rapping. And the pwnage bit was for entertainment purposes only. Maybe im not as dumb as i may seem. So don't underestimate me.

Well well well, look what we got here,
there are some ppl who started to smoke and drink beer.
Funny how these raps are starting to look like poems,
real rappers don't just stand there stiff like lawn gnomes.
I don't usually rap with lines these long,
imagine being dstates when he started smokin the bong.
It prolly took him hours to read each line,
instead of smoking weed, try drinking moonshine.
Your mind will react faster, but with the same effect,
you'll still feel relaxed, and feel perfect.
That last part didn't seem to go with the flow,
but eh, who cares anymo'
Depending on how you said it, it will sound just fine,
heck i should just throw in a pick-up line.
But i'm not that good, i don't have enough skill,
not even if i started poppin pills.
