some members have been accusing other members of flaming or bashing, or other stuff when the accuser doesnt understand what they mean, so just to clear things up....

flaming:
An online argument that becomes nasty or derisive, where insulting a party to the discussion takes precedence over the objective merits of one side or another

example:X was flaming Y over his religious beliefs.

trolling:
Being a prick on the internet because you can. Typically unleashing one or more cynical or sarcastic remarks on an innocent by-stander, because it's the internet and, hey, you can.

example:X: "I just found the coolest ninja pencil in existence."
Y: "I just found the most retarded thread in existence."

bashing
pretty much a synonym for flaming

spamming:
When you use multiples of a character in chat, multiple punctuation etc. Repeating the entire lyrics of a song or flooding chat with random characters. Or making random posts that have nothing to do with the topic

example:topic='the definition of...' post=Can I have some meat plz?????????????????????? ??

flaming sucks it happens on endless online all the time but.

i have just seen members on the 'complaints' board complaining about flaming and such when the person they accused did no such thing....

Trolling is the act of creating topics or posting on topics with the intent of inciting an argument or flaming for ones own amusement.
