To get Entie (or) Raiku,Have u been to Tin Tower?Have u face Crytal Dog??U need Crystal bell to enter tin tower....Crystal bell is from the president of Radio tower because u save him from Rockets....When u finish facing 3 dogs in Tin Tower and catch one of them(Dogs)...Then they will appear in any place even on the water....Any where...They are like Latias in Sapphire...........
