well why dont you try to go on agility contest or obidence contest if you think it is hard, i thought disc comp. was hard so i did agility and it was the easiest contest in my life! in my opinion.

I'm not sure but like on the other post, you have to take your dog to the park and pratice.

how long should I practice at the park? I do every day, but my dog never seems to get any better, i practice about three to four times a day until she is tired, is that ok?

yes, do it everyday as much as you can and remember to throw straight so your dog can catch better, and also try trowing it low so it can get use to the disc, and when after you throw the disc, tell your dog to come back and pet it every time it brings the disc back so when you are in a contest you won't have to tap the screen so much.

Hope it helps!
