whats the best way to train pokemon from lvl50-60 to a lvl between 65-70?
heres the list i have to train.

lugia 53
feraligatr 60
rapidash 46
snorlax 53
gyarados 53

and where can i get fire moves for rapidash to learn? like tm's and such. and i need a good high lvl electric pokemon. any recommendations? i'm totally lost.

Mt. Silver, or whatever that place where you battle Red is, go into the actual room you battled him and you can get wild pokemon at like level 50.
OR
The pokemon league, keep going through it over and over.

beat the league using only one pkmn

and for your high level electric, catch a raikou =). or raichu. or electrabuzz

Use Exp Share to first then go defeat Elite Four using firs pokemon only if can!
