you guys are funny. Ther was only 3 ways to get Celebi untill 2 Extincted:
1.Nintendo contest 2.Gameshark 3.Japaneese Version
#1 & 3 extincted trust me.

i HEAR u can get celebi like dis: Get all three lendary dog pokemon Get all three lendary bird pokemon(traded from old version) Go to that city with VERY the last gym leader(in kyto or watever) In front of the traing hall place, there a person, they give u a GS ball. Then go 2 ilex forest i think Then go 2 the shrine Put GS ball there Get a lvl 5 Celebi Horray!!!! (Dont no if it works xP) dats wat i hear, if it dont work, dont burn my post xD

hey wat happens when u get all the pokemon? all i know is when u get all of them, u go to some guy, and i think he gives u somehing. Hes in celadon city i think, in that tall building where u get Eevee(i get all my info from a friend, not too sharp about all the names xP)
