ok here is the best way to get him: first i need to know what gaem your playing in blue version you have to fly onto the island with your cahrizard and then you i think use your master ball on acrticuno

go to the 1st game (blue is the best) over by lavender their is a small patch of grass that you have to use cut to get into get in about 2-5 min. you will battle one catch it then give it a fire stone trade and wallah their you go!
