you'll hate theis but since there are no cheat codes this is how you do it. *levels that have a podium*
seat people 4 at a time (or 2 depending on which level) go to podium take orders go to podium pick up tray go to podium pass out tickets to each table (do not pick up dishes until all your tickets are passed out) pick up all dishes (drop them off) go to podium repeat
it takes for ever on some level but it is the only way.

p.s. watch out for level 5-8, it goes super fast. also, serve business woman and college boys first. save the old men for last.

your tip is helping but what do you do when they want a snack or do you give them a drink because that breaks the chain but it makes them happier 🤔
