    Hi there,

I encounter keyboard problems as soon as I start Aurora. I don't have to start a
trainer and as soon as I close Aurora the problem is gone.

At first I encountered while playing Thief Simulator, later also had the problem at Fossil Hunter, Castle Flipper and Farming Simulator 2022. I encountered while using wasd movement - that sometimes it wont react and sometimes doesnt stop to move.

Finally I discovered that as soon as Aurora is open - I also have a key delay when writing. To write this I had to close Aurora!

I'm using the logitech mx keys keyboard alongside mx master 3s mouse.
I tried using an usb keyboard and encountered the same.

I found a few threads here telling about keyboard lag - but I didn't see any solution.

    Greetz, Chaostigger

Does the lag change when Aurora window is opened or minimized (test both please)?

    DOEsn ot make any difference.
Lol this is what happens when aurora is running and I try to type. Sometimes it is as if a key is like its pressed several times - and sometimes as if it is not pressed at all. Shift as if pressed long or several times space was lagging so insteado f when hitting it comes one letter later.

Aurora just running - no active trainer.
    Tried both open and minimized.

On my computer Aurora has a delay of 281 microseconds on handling the key press. I dont have any delay or issues when typing. It must be something on your end.

Can you change the polling rate of your keyboard? Does it has any latency features or something in your driver which you can turn on/off?

What values do you get from this test WITHOUT Aurora running: Link

No it doesn't have. At least not that I found something like that.
Without Aurora I get values between 60 and 140 microseconds on all keys.

With Aurora active shift gives values between 320 and 468ms one or two times even 1000 plus ms
Tab gives 480 and sometimes. Others jump between 100 and 140

Well, while writing this - maybe found the problem. The newer logitech hardware uses the logi options+ app. Somehow the old "setpoint" app for older keyboards was still running in background.
I'll have to give it a try. But it looks better. There are only a few 400+ ms values now - while before it was every third or fourth value.

I'll report this evening if that was the solution.
Thanks a lot for your help!

P.S. Is there an issue with your servertime?
Site says: All times are (GMT +01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna. Current time is 14:26
    That's 4 hours behind! It's 18:26 in Germany

I get ~60 with and without Aurora. You can try and uninstall the whole logitech driver and see if that has an impact.
