Server is unavailable and no valid offline key was found.
I have run check connection and I get the following -------------------- Note: A copy of this has been saved on your Desktop.

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. --------------------------- Note however that if I run a telnet to any of www.google.com, www.cheathappensnext.com and www.cheathappens.com on port 443 I get a response so port 443 is open. The cheathappens.com website , google etc all respond on port 443
My internet connection works as usual. This worked this morning, but not this evening
Any ideas?

I have tried disabling AV and other programs I have tried Run as Admin

Make sure TLS 1.3 and SSL 3.0 are both enabled in Internet settings. Go into your adapter settings and disable IPv6. Then see what happens.

IPv6 does nothing.
The TLS settings are not there - in the registry (as per a previous thread)

What OS? SSL/TLS settings are under Control Panel / Internet Options / Advanced

Also having the same issue.
EDIT - Got mine working, my VPN randomly turned itself on without me realizing. I've managed to connect again.
