The weeping gorge quest.
In stuck in this quest. I have done the "Listen to the song of the wind flutes" several times. But nothing happens. It should be some dialoge and some RDA airship flying over the cave. Have tried with the cheats tuned of too..

that sounds like a pretty normal ubisoft bug

Had this too, is indeed a bug. need to clear the Ubisoft Connect launcher cache and then it works.

I also had the same issue with that quest not advancing. if clearing the cache doesn't help, double check to make sure that your game is installed on the same drive as your Ubisoft Launcher. Mine were on two seperate drives. (C: for my launcher, and D: for my game installation) I moved my game install to the same drive as my launcher and it solved the problem. You can copy the files to a new folder, uninstall the game and when reinstalling you can ask it to verify or import a folder and it will find the copied location. No need to redownload. Hope it gets solved for you.

I tried everything to get past the weeping gorge quest. The only thing that finally worked was failing one of the hand movements then completing the rest of them.

Tryed everything. Deleting chase, moving launcher to same folder as game and last failing one Hand gesture. Nothing 😢

Mission "Die Kluft der Tränen" / "the gap of tears?" does not work with trainer activated.
starting game without activating Trainer i could end the mission

For those stuck after the weeping gorge puzzle. I don't know if this will work for you but it did for me. I exited the game and started over and didn't turn the trainer on until after that annoying puzzle. Like I said it worked for me do not know if mine was a fluke but there's that.
