Hello, i have the same problem. I also made a request. But I also think it's a platform problem

Reporting same problem here.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it just keeps telling me invalid login and password.

We had 1 mod and several helpers able to login without issues.
If you gotten the message once, chances are you are auto blocked for whatever reason for a little while.
I suggest everyone above, and anyone else seeing this thread, wait 30-60 mins and try again.
If you still get the same result then post a support ticket.

I've added exception into my antivirus, so until now it gave me errors related to my user and password, now it gives me an error like this : Unknown Failure(conflict)
So, this means it is a step ahead already.
Btw, in the mean time I've changed my password and tried to connect with the new password, this doesn't solves the issue..
I would be interested to know on which host is the client connecting and which port, so I can check if something else is blocking my access to the client

I am having the same issue. I reinstalled Aurora. I changed password. I waited the two hour failed login reset. Still not able to log into Aurora.

If you were getting invalid email/pw, please try now. If Unknown Conflict then try again after one hour.

Still the same issue @PWizard.

Thank you for the feedback. A change was made several hours ago which MAY be affecting certains users ability to login to the app. We are going to roll back those changes to see if it helps. Hang tight.
