I reply myself... I was trying to use 1.08 trainer version with 1.06 game version... Problem solved

Make sure your game is up to date and you're using latest trainer for 1.0.8.

There are 70 Inventory Slots in the trainer and they're filled according to your items and how many you have and you need to find your item by matching it's amount.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

The trainer works fine when I play by Saga but it does not work when I play by Alan. Neither "Inlimited Throwables" nor "Refresh Inventory Editor" do not work. All Alan's inventory items are limited. Toggle on/off the Refresh Inventory Editor switch and hovering mouse button on inventory items do not help - all slots are always showing "??". Both the game and the trainer versions are 1.0.13. My save games are attached.
