plus to me it seem to happen when i had to do a hard reboot and i log on and everything is gone
Hard reboot means you shut down the power. Aurora only accesses the settings file when it gracefully closes. Even if you kill the Aurora process via taskmanager, the settings file is untouched by Aurora. Of course powering off the system can cause loss of data but already written data on disk? Unlikely...
//edit: Also that would be a totally different case than the OP has mentioned. For him/her its on update process. You say its when you hard reboot the system.

What do you mean with "save to favorites" and on which page it should be? You can always add trainer to your favorites by clicking on the heart icon. This hasn't changed for a long, long time.
That is the problem: there is no "heart" icon. I have attached screenshot to this message.
