You need lifetime plus membership. Also, before throwing a fit you should do some more digging and reading.
Alternatively you can purchase an offline key here.

Lol you got the wrong guy, I was just backpacking off the reply chain to ask how to get my offline license (I'm a lifetime member, also not the guy "throwing a fit 😅
