I cannot reproduce this issue on 1.5.6 nor 1.5.7, here is what I am doing:

    1. Open American Truck Simulator from favorites, latest trainer. Click the "Launch game" button. It starts the STEAM version. Game is detected. I press F1, trainer is activated. I close the trainer by clicking on the X button.
    2. I open Anno 1800 Trainer from favorites, latest version. I Click on the "launch button". It starts the STEAM version. Game is detected. I close the trainer again.
    3. I reopen the American Truck Simulator again, same steps. Game is detected.
    4. I redo Anno steps, game is again detected.

Can one of you please make a video so I can see your steps? Maybe its relevant of what exactly you're doing / how you're doing etc. You can send me a PM if you dont want to post the video in public.

I also cannot replicate this, at least with the games that I tried.

I verified I'm running the latest version of Aurora (1.5.6) and Steam is fully up-to-date. I use the Search function in the Trainers section to search for the DOOM Eternal trainer. I choose the Steam version and press the Launch Game button. It loads the game, finds the game, and in-game I can activate the trainer and activate options which I test work. I then exit out of the game and back in Aurora, I choose Close Running Trainer.

Next I double-click on my favorite/shortcut for Deep Rock Galactic. I then run the game from Steam (NOT from the Launch Game button) and once the game loads I press F1 to activate the trainer, which succeeds, then I go in-game and use some options which work just fine. I exit the game and go back to Aurora and choose Close Running Trainer again.

Finally I use the Search again to find the trainer for LEGO Star Wars: Skywalker Saga. I open the trainer and click on the Launch Game button and it loads the game. I activate the trainer at the main menu, which works fine, I load my saved game and activate a few options, which also work fine. I then exit the game and again choose Close Running Trainer.

Everything worked fine and as expected after running multiple trainers in a row. This is how I've always done it so I don't know if some of the steps are slightly different for others with how they are used to doing things. For the record, in case it helps, here's my basic system specs:

    Windows 10 21H2
    AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
    32 GB RAM
    nVidia Geforce RTX 3070 Ti
1 TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD
    Creative Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus
ESET Internet Security (AV software--exceptions and such for Cheat Happens Trainer Manager and Aurora added long ago, never a problem)
I'm just here to game and help if I can. :-)

Thank you LittlBUGer for confirming it works fine. I've also tested it now using the search function or trainers page instead of favorites and tested it also against default Aurora settings. In all cases everything was working as expected which is not a surprise as I haven't modified the trainer page code in 1.5.5, 1.5.6 and 1.5.7

I expect that some external thing is interfering with Aurora again. Windows update, AV update. Maybe a simply computer reboot solves the problem? Quite hard to tell. I'd still like to see a video demonstration of the problem or someone let me connect via Teamviewer.

I have this message: " please define the game path in settings first or activate the trainer "

it looks like its not recognizing game locations.

This message is 1. self explained and 2. a completely different "issue". If you need help with that please create a new thread.

my problem is solved with a complete formatting of the pc and i followed your recommendation now i turn on the trainer in the game altogether.

This is what I am doing.
    1. Open DL2 trainer from favorites.
    2. Start DL2 from Steam, game is detected. I press F1 to activate trainer, successfully.
    3. Close DL2.
    4. Open Cyberpunk 2077 trainer from favorites.
    5. Open CP2077 from Steam, game is not detected.
    6. Opened Grounded trainer from favorites.
    7. Opened Grounded from Steam, game is not detected.

What I'm noticing is you close the trainer before selecting the next one. I've never done that, while using Aurora, before. It would usually be a full close as I would either have gone to work/sleep or I decided to watch something and didn't want Aurora running in the background. Now times that I would play multiple games in a session I still never closed the trainer, I would always just select the game from favorites. I don't know how relevant that is but from what you describe it's the only difference that I can see, and I have already tried starting the games with Aurora. I can send a video but that is exactly what I did.

Figured it out. Its because you don't explicit close the trainer. You can do that as workaround until I fixed the problem.

Also, just to be clear, I don't close Aurora after each game. I only close the running trainer. Near the top-left corner, under the Aurora logo, while a trainer is running there is a new option with an 'X' that says "Close Running Trainer". I click on this each time before moving onto the next game. Never had a problem this way, but never tried it any other way.

I case it is of some help .... I get the Debug message: "Collect dragging inventory script error in line 3. Cannot find 'Collect_Inventory' . "

Just want to add my appreciation for all the hard work behind the scenes of CH. Thank you!
