Aurora 1.5.3 - app blocks

    Version: 1.5.3

    I have been using Aurora since it was officially released without any problem, but when the last update 1.5.3 came out, it was a continuous despair.
    Unfortunately I have no logs or errors to copy, because the program blocks (freeze), it remains there and I have to force the closure via the task manager, there is no message.

    To be more precise, I open Aurora without problems, I see the home, I go to Trainers and as soon as I choose a game, the problem happens, gets stuck.
    I have updated Win, updated video drivers (Nvidia), I tried to start it in admin and not, I deactivated the hardware acceleration, I re-downloaded Aurora from the site, but it did not solve anything, I am unable to use the program.

    Ideas? solutions?

    Choose a game or trainer? See if the problem also occurs when choosing/opening a trainer only.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I did a few tests, it seems that the total block of the app now does it to me with any trainer that I can't even open it.
    I tried with the last added that is Samurai Maiden, the steps are these:
    Open Aurora
    Click Trainer
    Click Samurai Maiden
    Click "Use Trainer"
    Block during the loading logo (the program and task manager say the app no longer responds)

    The problem occurs after clicking "use trainers" of any game and any platform.

    Do you have an offline key? If yes try and disable auto offline trainer download in Aurora settings.

    Otherwise try and wait for up to 30 minutes. Maybe it just hangs on server connection (for whatever reason).

    No, I used the connection, never the offline key.

    I always waited up to 10-15 min, but I will try how you say, up to 30 minutes to remove any doubt, but suspicious that there is something wrong with the last update (in the previous one it was all wonderful and the trainers loaded almost immediately).

    I had forgotten Aurora open, so it remained an hour stopped and blocked without the possibility of recovering...

    Just curious but have you completely deleted the entire Aurora config folder?

    yes, I had also canceled the config folder.

    I am continuing to take the tests, but maybe I found the problem I report, also for other users who could have the same problem.
    From the Aurora app, go to options, remove RGB and UseKeyboardRGB that I used since the option was introduced.
    Now I don't know if the "fault" is from Aurora or the RGB vendors, but removing the option, it has become responsive and fast as before, already tried with 6 random trainers.
    I hope the problem has solved itself and thanks to both.
