Hi, I can't get Fallout 3 steam deck trainer to work I am quite new to the steam deck but followed the video guide I keep getting this.
Thank you for the time & effort helping me

16:26:00: Aurora is running on Steamdeck, game is 32bit and uses .NET or Unity Engine. Due to a bug in Proton the trainer likely fails to activate.

Hi,
Any game with this error doesn't work and will not work sorry. I don't remember exactly why but I think it has something to do with being 32bit.
Yes think its exactly that. You gave me a place to start looking. Has to be something in stl settings somewhere thank you.
Okay so I managed to mess up my Tekken 8 again by using Proton Experimental instead of a stable version in STL. After I did that the STL nor the game would launch. So that kinda confirms that using Proton Experimental with STL could be causing your issue.
It took me a while to find out how to change it. Go to dolphin. Click on the 3 lines on the top right corner right under the exit sign. Click on that and make sure you have "Show hidden files enabled" checked. Then go to Home>.config>steamtinkerlaunch>gamecfgs>id and look for your games steam ID. Scroll to line 26 or whichever says "USEPROTON=" and switch that to "GE-Proton8-25" or whichever one you got installed. Hopefully that gets you to be able to see STL again.
