  Issue - Can't Login At All

    Reason: Can't Login
    Version of Aurora: 1.0.0

    Full Details:
    I can't seem to login, tried restarting the app and my pc, let it through the windows firewall and tried all that stuff again,

    Error Message: Unknown failure (InternalServerError)

    Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
    1. Start Aurora with admin rights
    2. putting email and password in

    I believe there is a log file in your Aurora folder. Can you zip it and attach it here for us to review? Also, are you sure that your AV or firewall isn't blocking your access?

    thanks for the quick reply, what is the file name just so i can make sure i attach the right one.

    Yeah almost certain i set it up correctly, i dont have any 3rd party AV or firewall its just the built in windows one. ill try it with it turned off completely and see if that helps.

    I think it's just log.txt in the same folder that you're running Aurora from.

    it doesnt look like i have a log.txt file, only text files i have are readme, licence and changelog.

    I had the same issue with same error. Turned out I was typing my password wrong. Try to doublecheck your login info.

    Tried this, even copying and pasting from my password manager doesnt work. tried resetting my password and that didnt work either.

    I think it might be a my computer thing but i just dont know where to go from here. I've even had troubles with the normal trainers saying "this user is banned" but the website showing that my lifetime from the kickstarter is active. ive followed all guides from support staff for the old trainers but none of them have worked. really hoping i can figure it out soon haha

    It should not effect the APP but can you whitelist the apps folder with your AV?
