I am so grateful that this trainer has received new updates and will use the trainer for as long as I can. Unfortunately it's not always possible to prevent Steam from updating though. And the weekly update thing is just something they do to show they are actively working on things even if there's nothing to update.
With this and other games like it, have you considered a policy where you do scheduled updates instead of simply putting it on hold and not looking back? So basically stating you'll only update once a month or once every two months even. For me, I'd rather have to wait a bit than abandon it. But maybe you considered it and concluded people won't stop complaining if you do that due to an unexplained inability to compare "no trainers anymore" to "slower updates to the trainer" and pick the best one.
Anyways, I noticed the durability option doesn't appear to work for me, tried on tools from stone to titanium. Maybe it'll work in different maps, I don't know. Between super player and easy craft I've been happy so far, everything else is a bonus.
Does anybody know how to get around the negative points thing which happens if you've used the no-points option? It seems best to wait until level 30 or 60 so you can select everything since I can't select anything with negative points even with the option enabled. And I'm reluctant to do even that since some things only unlock after playing through a map.
for the negative points, I just hit the respec button and it set it back to 0
Well, it certainly doesn't feel like an early access game. There's more than enough games out there putting the kind of stuff these guys do in their free updates into paid DLC. This game is actually being influenced and shaped by the players as they never intended for open-world play and it now looks that's exactly where they are headed.
Anyways, I'm still playing on the version the trainer was made for, my trick works to prevent updating. But reading what's in the updates, I do hope you'll consider doing an update once every 5 weeks or so. It's so much better than just abandoning the game.
I wish I could tell people to then stop throwing temper tantrums because they have to wait a bit longer but I can't. It is what it is, and this game is so much more fun with the trainer. Been having loads of fun with the jumps option. And when I accidentally had invisibility on during a geyser horde it was incredible. So thank you for continuing to invest your time.
feels like an early access game based on the amount of patches and endless noodling with code and continual complete changes of functions and offsets.
This game is on 95 weeks straight of updates. We will update on week 100. let me know when week 100 patch is out. From that point on we will update every 5 weeks or so. Note that the game updates a LOT of offsets and addresses EVERY PATCH. It's an exercise in insanity to have to spend hours EVERY WEEK on one game that is in perpetual "early access" for years and patching every week. So this is the new normal for Cheathappens on this game since that is the actual "normal" for this title. We may also just put the title on hold again like we have many times in the past and wait for it to finally be actually "finished" in 2030. They are on engine overhaul #7 or something at this point. Ridiculous.
Put the game down and when they have patch 100, contact me and I will update it then.
