The download inside was "#####-USERNAME-Aliens Fireteam Elite MOBILE"
Why on earth would I wanna download mobile?? Didn't give me an option to download PC version, and then tells me I need to install .NET Core in order to use trainer?
What is this?
PS: I haven't downloaded anything from CH in over a year. I never had to install anything alongside the trainer before.
Just means it mobile ready for the app on the play store that links to the trainer manager. You can still use it just like you always could without them.
All trainers now require .NET core desktop runtime 3.1 (both x86 and x64), to ensure comparability with what ever OS you are running. Links are below.
Have all of the following installed.
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x64 Link
.NET Framework (get latest) Link
(Both x86 and x64 of the .Net Core MUST be installed)
Reboot PC when done.
It won't let me install both x86 and x64 versions of .NET Core Current Runtime...
"another version is already installed"
and the error says it wants version 3.1.0, not 3.1.11 that you linked me to.

not to mention the latest available version is 3.1.18
dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/3.1
Turns out all I needed was this
dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-3.1.18-windows-x64-installer
and definitely none of your 4 links.

.Net framework will sometimes be installed with Windows updates so you may have had part of them already installed.
I don't believe he meant to install all of them. Since he doesn't know what OS you have (32 bit or 64 bit) He posted all the links for you to choose from and you are supposed to just download the ones that match your OS version.
Thanks for the update. new options are working except for edit scrip and req credits...can't seem to get past the ??
clean any old trainer data out first.
Please delete the trainer, custom keys, debug folder where the trainer resides and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens
Learn how to make your own Trainer Cleaner for the above paths here.
Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values. This typically will resolve the issue.
This cleaner is also part of the new Cheat Happens Trainer Manager 2.0, it is found in the settings and has an easy to use one button click feature.
