Super Damage is not effecting alien armor.
Armour damage and entity damage are probably 2 different mechanics/addresses then.

I noticed the same thing.
I don't need the credits or scrip because I used the CosMOS method.
But I wanted to pitch in on the issue everyone else with facing (with Images)
Currency is affecting the number of following cards.
Requisition Credits: Coordinated Assault
Req Scrip: Make Every Shot Count

For CURRENCY, enter the MENU, then click INVENTORY and the values pop up.

Has anyone else had their Steam save deleted? I loaded the game today and my character is created still, but I am back at the very beginning of the game.
I would guess that you were using cloud saves, if that is the case disable them in steam and use normal saves.
