Evening all,
im hoping someone can help i have the trainer manager downloaded but when i go to open it this keeps coming up. I have added it as an exception and allowed through the firewall.
any ideas welcome.
Have you added "D:\" as your trainer directory?!
Nope you're not missing anything, when you download a trainer for the first time you'll have to choose to open it in your designated trainer folder, I hope that changes in the future.
All the trainer updates will be automatically downloaded to your trainers folder of course.

This is not happening for me. I was prompted once to change the behavior but it tried to open a page in Edge, which failed. Now everything downloads to my "Downloads" folder instead of where I want it. How can I get into the Chromium settings to change my default download folder?
Ya, it sucks right now, we took a step back in this regard, then just kept rolling down the hill, hopefully microsoft will update there stuff to be able to do this, or this current tool being used will be completely removed and replaced with the old one. It seems weird to go backwards.

It's amazing how *1* feature that we have no control over simply erases the other *50* or more enhancements we made to the software and so now it "sucks". You're welcome to use the TM 1.0 forever if you choose or until MS discontinues IE which it's built on.
Is there something I can do on my end to fix the fact that I apparently play obscure games no one else does and I now have 2 trainers that don't show up in the "picker" for TM 2.0? Is there a database file I can modify or some .bin or .dat I can edit, anything?
Have you tried turning on the option in settings to "Include Third Party Trainers" to see if that makes them show up?
