Ah okay. But all the old trainers that tm2 dont listet are also from ch.
Do you have an idea what is the problem then?

Info:
I checked the "Receive early preview versions box". The tm2 load some new stuff and restarted a few times. After that the Error warning is still there. :/
I also deleted the Layout.xml and checked the trainers where the Error messages was shown but its not working and the trainers are all tm compatible.
The Error massage wont gone and the trainers cant be downloaded :/

@Ramsch: wait for 2.0.8 release, probably today. Old trainers don't contain any information about the distribution they are made for. If you got the latest STEAM trainer but there is a newer trainer for Game Pass or another platform, TM believes the Steam trainer needs an update because there is a newer trainer for this game. Some years ago we fixed that but the fix only applies to newly made trainers.

However if you get that problem with unexpected response error on a newer trainer then its likely a bug. You would need to tell me the game and trainer where it happens.

It's finally working properly, thought my computer was going to continue giving me problems, thanks CH, you're the best. 😇

The unexpected response error happens to all trainers there are sequenced for downloading from the new tm2.0. And i checked your idea with the "tm compatibility" and it dont work with those trainers also.
And now i have a new question because i let the tm unpack the manual downloaded trainers but i want to undone it. I cant find the option in tm settings. There i also need help with.

im hoping someone can help i have the trainer manager downloaded but when i go to open it this keeps coming up. I have added it as an exception and allowed through the firewall.

any ideas welcome.

It may have been extracted to a folder that does not have the correct permissions. Delete all, make a new folder, get a fresh copy and put it in there and run it.
