Unfortunately the trainer gives no activated sign after pressing F1. Playing through Rockstar Launcher but thanks for the work maybe it is my fault? Tried it also as admin
Are you playing with a controller? If you are it is very likely that the game disables most of the keyboard keys, but you can still use the trainer. As mrpayday and others have said, alt-tab until the trainer is the focus, turn on what you want to turn on and then go back to the game.
